
The Institute for Business Development Support (IADE) is a public institution indirectly dependent on the State. Its offices are located in 13 municipalities, with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy. IADE monitors government policies in the area of training, qualification of national micro, small and medium-sized companies and cooperatives for the management of viable business activities, the sustainability of the problems faced by entrepreneurs, whether individually or collectively, thus promoting business development throughout the territory.
IADE was legally created by Law No. 4/2005, of June 7, on national investment, by Government Decree No. 10/2005. IADE has four (4) directorates, namely:
1. DNFLA Directorate (National Directorate of Financial Administration, Logistics and Supplies).
2. DNCO Directorate (National Directorate of Operational Cooperation).
3. Training and Human Resources Directorate.
4. Monitoring and Research Plan Directorate.
